[2465]记 VS 与 python 的一次安装
有一次需要安装 pycrypto 然后报错

# 重装 VS
搜索发现需要安装 VS ，自已的 VS 打不开了，卸载、修复、重装，2010、2015 都试了还是不行。

我的解决方法是
将windows补丁更新,然后继续安装
如果没有办法请更新,因为Team Explore 可能需要某些补丁的支持。
修复后安装成功。

不是环境问题，于是去下载 (https://github.com/dlitz/pycrypto) 下载下来，安装提示

但我修改了还是不行，我用 everything 搜了一下,发现我根本没有 vcvarsall.bat

勾上以后安装完,再搜索 vcvarsall.bat 就有了.
